today lo has had

breakfast toast and boiled egg
snack buttered sultana scone
lunch tuna mayo sandwich and organix tomato wheels
snack yorkshire pudding and bit of roast pot and sprouts
dinner roast lamb, mash, sprouts, carrots and swede, cauli cheese and gravy. birthday cake for pud,

Looking back hes had a bad day no fruit today ooops will make up for it tomorrow.

cwoodford1979 how old is your lo. You are doing the right thing my lo went thru a stage of having hardly any milk and i was advised it was ok cos lo ate lots of yoghurt. so if you top her up with as much cheese milk yog etc she should be fine. My lo always has sauces made with butter and milk.

Thanks for replying beccyboo grace is now 6 1/2 months now and has been weaned from 21 weeks she was only 6lb 2oz when she was born (v tiny for me my other two were 7lb 14oz and 8lb 11oz and were both early!) and is now just over 15lb so she is putting on weight so i wasn't really concerned about her weight, just that she was getting the right amount of nutrients she needs.
Thanks again Claire x

I love this its great to see what amounts others LO's eat & get ideas DS isn't really into finger foods yet (7 months), so this week I'm going to make more effort (Ifind the gagging scary).

Yesterday:
Brekky - 1/2 weetbix & cows milk
Lunch - Puree of carrots, potato & sweetcorn, then custard
Dinner - Puree of AK's 'Easy One Pot Chicken' with extra sweet potato, then yoghurt.
Plus milkfeeds.

I got a bit carried away when I made the chicken, so had tonnes in the freezer, so poor DS has been having it a few times a week

You guys have got great eaters & they have really varied diets! I can't wait till DS can eat finger foods.
