Liver?

I really miss being able to search the old threads!
My AK book says you can give your LO Liver but no recipes- any suggestions would be very welcome.
Ella is 10 months old and will pretty much eat anything, so I'm eager to try different things with her.

Hi hun,have you got the complete baby & toddler meal planner book? There are a few recipes in there for liver.
Liver & onion,liver special & tasty liver casserole.

hi

this is a good one from ak's planner book -
75gm liver
120ml chicken stock
25g leek chopped
25g mushrooms chopped
50g carrot chopped
know of butter
1/2 tablespoon milk

trim and chop liver and cook in stock with leek, mushrooms and carrot for about 8 mins over low heat. Boil potato until tender and mash with butter and milk. Puree the liver and vegs and mix with the potato -

very simple and kaitlyn loves it

Thank you so much for the quick response- am printing as we speak. Hubby and LO have fallen asleep so I'm off to do a batch up.
Will have to get a copy of the planner by AK.

Spooncat- just to say Ella and Daddy absolutely loved this recipe; and my OH maintains he doesn't really like Liver?!!!
