Spitting out lumps!

Please help! My 1 yr old has been eating solids fine up until over a week ago. He has started spitting out anything lumpy like peas, potatoes and sweet corn. I really get stressed out about it! Please help!

Is he eating purees still or has he moved on to more normal textured food? What about finger foods, does he eat those ? Is he teething maybe ? That can make it more difficult to chew so lumpy food becomes unpleasant. Just keep offering lots of variety, a mix of things he will and won't eat and don't stress about what he doesn't eat.
