Hard lumps issue...!!!

Hi all my 11 MO has been a very good eater but he is very fussy with finger food just squishes it about and then drops it on the floor(!) and doesn't seem to like hard things - I give him soft food most of the time, pasta, veg etc and he seems to swallow it very quickly so am concerned he is lazy with chewing that the fish fingers etc are too hard for him...but he is quite happy to chew a biscuit!! Any ideas!?!? x
