this was in my weightwatchers magazine
blueberry and yoghurt scones - 3 pro points per scone 2009 self raising flour 60g low fat spread 60g caster sugar 1 egg 2 tbsp 0% fat greek yoghurt 20 blueberries 1 tbsp skimmed milk for brushing preheat oven to gas mark 7/220c/fan 200c and line baking sheet with baking paper put flour in bowl reserve 1tbsp for rolling and rub together with spread until mixture like breadcrumbs stir in sugar add egg and yoghurt until makes a dough tip onto floured surface and roll dough to 1cm cut out 10 rounds with 5cm cutter make into balls and push 2 blueberries into dough then brush with milk and put onto baking tray bake in oven for 12mins |
