I wanted 30 minute meals but didn't get any ;(

I may treat myself if it's any good? Ministry of Food is still my bible but a quick recipe book would be great for after school meals.

The Fat Duck Cookbook
Heston's Fantastical Feasts
Jamie's 30 min meals. Looks good, but here it will probably end up like the rest of his books - sitting on the shelf rarely if ever used.

I got Jamie's 30 minute meals but i've not found that many things in there that I would make. Still love ministry of food one though. I also got Nigella's kitchen which looks really good and The Neiman Marcus Cookbook. Oliver got Katie's I can cook which looks pretty good & we love her programme!!! x

I got a soup book, OH made broccoli and stilton soup from it on Boxing Day which was lush but none of the other recipes sound very good.

Mmmm I love Stilton

My MIL got me a Ramsey book last year & there wasn't much in I'd cook, gift buyers really need to check the recipes before buying us recipe books
