We use it Christmas day off the bird, Stephen's day we do the same dinner all over again - but we just use reheated turkey (carve it up, wrap the slices in foil with a little turkey/chicken stock and reheat int he oven). After that we tend to just have cold cuts too - turkey, ham, spiced beef and with chutney and cheese. If there is loads then maybe a turkey curry too.

Well even after a massive turkey omelette I still had some left over so diced it up & mixed it into left over couscous from yesterday yum
