Default 10 month old wont be spoon fed

Hi, just wondered if anyone else has experienced this. My LO weaned really well and ate happily from a spoon as well as having breadsticks, soft fruit and vegetable finger food. About a month ago she began to refuse anything from a spoon after one mouthful except Petit Filous! So now Im having to do purely finger food breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is Ok but I also have a bit of a stash of casseroles etc I made for her in the freezer going to waste!
Is this normal? Also Im struggling for ideas for quick lunches and tea when time is of the essence to keep her diet varied! She is currently on Aptamil 6oz in the am before brekkie and 8 oz before bed after tea, occasionaly up to 3oz in the afternoon after her nap! Any comments or advice would be much appreciated, first time on the forum! Thanks

Give her a spoon and let her try to do it herself and while she is trying to scoop the food up see if you can sneak a spoonful into her mouth I had to do this with my daughter, quite often I was able to feed her half and she managed to get the other half herself. Or load a spoon for her but let her put it in her mouth herself. It's far better to let her get on with it and learn as it makes it much easier at mealtimes once they can feed themselves!

Quick lunches; at that age my daughter loved slices of ham and chicken, she could tear them into bits or else just cram the whole slice into her mouth. Hard boiled egg, cold pasta, babybel cheese, coctail sausages are just some things I used to give her.
