Default Dieting!!!

Has anyone tried following Annabel's recipes aswell as doing weight watchers?
It would be so helpful if she was to put calorie and fat content info on her recipes. Would save having to try and count everything wen you are running after 3 children. I have suggested this but got no feedback.

lol that would be helpful but I suppose as the recipes are aimed at kids its a bit irrelevant really. I previously done weight watchers and now slimming world and I have found that alot of her recipes are very good for dieting as they dont contain any junk and have lots of fruit and veg in .

yeh like the hidden veg sauce is v low in fat esp if you fry off ur veg in spray oil rather than liquid oil: use it with pasta or rice or as a base for bolongese and cut the cals and fat compared to a jar.

Think i pointed a Chinese sweet n sour sauce recipe and it was quite low
