Hi Armin,

There's already a long-standing thread for this very subject here.

Hi,
Ive seen the other Thread but its more about WHAT they have eaten NOT how much of it.. and since i am always concerned about the quantity of food my son is having ( i thinks he eats quite less) i thought of making thethead to compare..

I wouldn't worry about the quantity too much as long as your child is happy and healthy. I reckon my LO eats lots less than some other kids I know of a similar or even younger age but he's perfectly healthy so I'm not worried about it.

i know i give too big portions to dd (3yrs) having watched jo frost on tuesday. i'm going to start giving smaller portions and keep some in a separate plate if she wants more. quality maybe more important than quantity.

don't worry as per DrP.
