Question cheese sauce

just wondered do any of you freeze pots of cheese sauce? I only because Sophie likes cheese sauce and I seem to be making it fresh all the time when it would be easier to make up a batch and freeze? thanks xxx

i still do & it's fine i think re-heating it in a pan rather than microwave helps the texture stay nice too. x

Hi honey. Whenever I make cheese sauce I am terrible at working amounts out and always make too much so freeze the excess. As Claire says, just add a bit of extra milk when reheating xxx
