You'll love it, they're so easy to do as well, I've had to stop for the moment cos we'll all end up the size of a house at the rate I was baking!!! Strawberry cheesecake ones are to die for

I can't wait. For Lent, we gave up crisps, biscuits and chocolate- so I can't wait to get my hands on a bit of cake!

i was baking 4/5 batches of cupcakes a week for the last few weeks. promised myself i wasnt going to bake any this week.

Guess what??? i made the double chocolate cookies instead. 2 lots of. OMG there amazing!!! had to give them away to noahs rythm time class, ide of eaten them all. theres 3 in the box but there OH's and hes said if i eat them he'll kill me lol
bless him haha
hope the scales are good to me this week. ive just walked 4 miles so hopefully burnt them off. (only had 2 though)

I dont know how you make all those cakes and resist the temptation!

I've just made a batch of the strawberry cheesecake ones, wish i hadn't as they smell gorgeous!! Going to offload them asap so i cant eat them!

Do you think i could use this recipe to make one big cake instead of cupcakes? Its my Mum's birthday Thursday and she'd love it.

yeah, think it says you can use the recipe to make an 8" cake. give it a go, if it looks abit flat once cooked, next time double up the mixture
