AK recipe book

Hi,

Does anyone have the AK favourite family meals recipe book? If so what age range are the recipes for? I was thinking of buying it, but first I want to make sure that the recipes will be suitable for my 11 month old. I can't find it in the shops any where so can't have a looking inside myself. Thanks. xx

Some are from 1 year upwards: its a great book and everythings quite quick to make. I got mine in Tescos a few weeks ago for under £10
