well hubby is so over the moon its unreal, im not a cook, i buy takeout for that kind of thing you see. so tonight he had sweet and sour pork. he was gobsmacked. cleared his plate and as i didnt like it the rest is getting frozen for another night

I did the cod wrapped in bacon tonight and was scrummy!

Fajitas are yummy.
I make my own Guacomole, its so much more tasty than the pre packed ones.

humph! LEah was being a madam at dinner time tonight! She ate some then all of a sudden turned her nose up at it! And started to mess about. She went to bed hungry!!!!

I had made potato croquets with the left overs from last night and think she may have got a bit of the cayenne pepper that I put into the bread crumbs!!!! LOL poor thing it must hve been a bit too spicy and put her off!!!!

Am hoping the curry tomorrow is ok and she should be ok with the S&S.

I got the book yestertday excitdly make the fajitas and was really disappointed

I followed it word for word but it didnt taste of anything (infact i did add a little extra cumin and smoked paparika as i heard someone here say it needed a bit more)
Think i'll stick to the RM taco mix as we love it

Might make the pea and bacon pasta shells tonight and beek wellington tomorow

I like the JO fajitas for LEah as they are mild. I do prefer the ole de paso kits for me though!!!
