Hi, I always used unsalted butter, tastes much better than marg! Just a note from own experience. My lo is a really really good eater, there are a max of 5 things she doean't like! One of them is tuna/salmon etc (all other fish) that if I cooked, froze then reheated she simply refused to eat it. Don't know why! xxx

My LO is same as Linnij, if I cook and reheat won't eat, so I buy it, and put pieces away in little containers freeze and take out the night before I want to use it ... I freeze the sauces I cook it with but not the actual fish b/c she wont eat it.
I use Nuttelex or extra virgin olive oil.
