Default Menu Planning/Flyladies - this weeks menus here

Just realised how many Jamie Oliver recipes I cook This isn't always the case honest!

Today - JO Crunchy Garlic chicken, wedges, salad (neighbour came for tea)
Wed - JO Morrocan lamb and couscous (Outlaws coming for tea)
Thurs - Pizzas and salad (my friend coming for tea, will make extra dough and freeze)
Friday - Chicken tikka masala (from freezer) basmati rice and bharjees
Saturday - Fajitas (have friends for dinner)
Sunday - something on toast then my Gran's for tea

Anyone else want to post theirs to give me some inspiration for next week?

We're having a Jamie Oliver fest this week too LOL!

Today - Cod tikka with rice and cucumber yoghurt.
Wednesday -JO's mince & onion pie with veggies.
Thursday - JO's mini shell pasta with creamy smoked bacon & pea sauce.
Friday - Spaghetti bolognese.
Saturday - Not sure yet. Family evening so depends who's cooking.
Sunday - JO's perfect roast chicken with roasted veggies.
Monday - JO's chicken & leek stroganoff

I'm trying to get Ethan to try new stuff hence the plethora of new recipes!

Glad it's not just me Ellie! Also I hate waste and find that loads of the JO recipes use similar ingredients so I tend to cook them in succession to use up the ingredients.

I need to do some batchcooking and fill my freezer but we always seem to have guests for dinner and there is never anything left. Maybe I need to start locking the back gate so they can't get in

This week I am cooking:

- Mon - Quorn and veg bolognese with spaghetti

- Tues - Cajun spiced oven-baked salmon with steamed herby new potatoes and corn on the cob

- Wed - sausage casserole, with fried (leftover) new potatoes

- Thurs - satay chicken kebabs with cous cous, saland and toasted pitta bread

- Fri - something with lamb mince - either curry or mousakka or lamb pasta bake, depending on my mood!

- Sat - might have friends over, so maybe steak fajitas or similar easy meal

- Sun - maybe a roast chicken dinner, TBC!

that's all for now!
xx
