Which is worse?
Am looking at dilute-to-taste juice. The NAS stuff all has aspartame in it, which I've heard is carcenogenic (sp?) and the other stuff is full of sugar. Which would you choose? Don't say water, lol... |

I'd go for sugar any day.
When Mr H's mum was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme (primary agressive cancerous tumours) we did some research into aspartame as she had been using aspartame sweetners in her drinks several times a day instead of sugar for many many years. We'll never know what caused them, but there is always the niggling thought that there is a link with aspartame. I'm not saying we never have anything with aspartame in but we avoid it in drinks if we can. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx |

Have found some squash from SAINSBURYS with no aspartame. result. she's getting a bit bored of fresh juice watered down. i make it stronger for her, but she still drinks much more fluids when it's sweeter (obviously...) We had a problem a wee while back there when she wasn't drinking much at all, which is why I looked at other options x
