What did YOU eat today? Mum's food diary!

Hi ladies
I couldn't find the last thread started on this so have begun a new one!
Partly as a meal inspiration for us all, and partly so that I stop eating so darn much and can get healthy and shed a few pounds!
I can't bear to post today as I have been a gutsy pig, so this thread will officially commence on Sunday 8th Feb, then at least it will run in proper weeks (that's my excuse anyway!)
Anyone else up for sharing there own food diary? come on girls... !

This is a great idea,right i will go first,yesterday i had,

Breakfast - bowl of porridge & a coffee

Lunch - bowl of HM carrot & butter bean soup & 1 slice of bread.

Dinner - Jkt potato,salmon fillet & peas & carrots,1 apple.

lunch cheese andpickle sandwich with quavers

tea chips/salad/cheese/ham

half and half day for me....

breakfast: nothing
11am ish: special K bar
lunch: big bowl of half the garden soup
afternoon: some choccy fingers
tea: curly fries + bbq suace, breaded mushrooms + garlic mayo, HM pizza with tons of veg ontop, 1/2 carton of ben and jerrys fish food ice cream
1/2 bottle white wine
about 5 cups of tea
2 coffees

Yesterday-

Breakfast- nothing

Lunch- tuna, baked potato with some sweetcorn , 2 glasses of water

Snack- packet of hula hoops, 2 choc rice krispie cakes

DInner- brie and caramelized onions in filo, green beans and dauphinois (sp)
large glass of Rose'

Glass of milk and peanut kitkat bar (late snack Mmmm)

Yesterday I had:

2 weetabix for breakfast and a cup of tea

Jacket spud with chicken and beans for lunch, almond biscotti thing at mums and a coffee

Shared a bar of choc with Mum while Isabella was napping

Dinner was beef stew, bread and butter, followed by cherries and a glass of milk.

Had 3 rum and diet cokes doing the ironing later on.

Yesterday I had:

Breakfast - A bowl of Coco Pops with lots of milk.

Lunch - Mackerel in tomato sauce on 2 slices of toast and a glass of water.

Mid Afternoon - Hot chocolate and a brownie in M&S Café.

Tea - 2 sausages, mash, roasted veggies and red wine gravy.

Evening - A yummy scrummy Cadbury's Creme Egg

Plus a milky coffee, a cup of tea and lots of water throughout the day.

Breakfast: rice cake with 1/4 avocado (was in a rush and didn't have time for my big salad mess...)

snack: 6 walnuts, tsp sunflower seeds (not roasted)
apple

Lunch: lettuce and scallion salad with olive oil
turkey mince cooked with onion, carrots, curry...

snack: some nuts
rice cake with avocado

still thikning about dinner-probably some fish and salad, maybe some red lentils

Okay-had lettuce salad and piece of salmon
