Ak Food Flask ??

Hi everyone

I have contacted our manufacturer about the food flask and they have done various tests to see why the food is struggling to stay warm.

They carried out their own tests on the flask last week (by filling, boiling and leaving to stand for 6 hours) and found the results to be in line with the original packaging statement - the flask being suitable for maintaining temperature (hot or cold) for up to 5 hours.

You may be experiencing problems because the flask is not filled to the rim
and therefore does not maintain the heat. We will be amending the packaging to state this instruction.

Please let me know if you are still having problems and we will investigate further.
