Question baby unwell after eating....:(

everytime i give my 7 months old baby banana , she can not open her bowel
what can i do

Give her smaller portions of banana mixed with apple and pear, give her prune juice...if you cook some prunes you can use the juice from that.

Remember the rule about bananas:

underripe makes the bowel looser
overripe makes it slower iykwim

Go for the prunes - boil them up and push them through a sieve. Add the moosh to some apple puree and give it with porridge in the morning.

Just typed a reply then the flippin' browser crashed on me! Here goes again...

I'm obsessed with prunes at the mo but having to limit me and Evie in case they have the opposite effect to what your lo is experiencing!

Go with the prunes - they're bound to help (excuse the pun! this was funnier first time I typed it... honest...)
