Default Veggie??

Since Elise has been fussy all she seems to eat is toast, fish fingers, pasta on occasions, yoghurt, cheese and some fruit.

I'm persevering with the fussyness but the thing that's bothering me most is that I can't seem to get her to eat meat!!! And if she's having a good eating day, as soon as I try meat, its like she goes on strike. Does anyone else have the meat problem, its like she's decided to become veggie, lol

Ah a little veggie baby!
I'm a vegetarian but my LO's aren't.
Try adding small amounts of meat/chicken into veg, if you puree she won't see the meat!
My LO loved Salmon as a baby, gone off it now a bit,
Best of luck, D

Both of my children have always been vegetarian, they've not tried meat at all.

JM used to refuse meat (think it was the texture) she would eat fish ok, recently she will now eat chicken, beef, pork, but not lamb!!!xxxx

I just kept trying, shes also better if the meat is seperate (rather than mixed in) iykwim.... she likes to examine it!!!xxxxxxxx

Yes, have been for over 18 years. DH has been veggie since 2003, just before our eldest was born.

I wouldn't worry too much about fat at this age. Yoiu could always make your own sausages using minced pork and apple mmm. xxx

Isabella used to love homemade turkey sausages (posted recipe ages ago called turkey twizzlers).
