I do literally spend all day worrying if she hasn't eaten something that I thought she would! I tell myself to chill out but I just can't seem to. Hopefully when the next baby comes along I'll be so busy that I won't have time to stress as much, either that or I'll be stressing about both of them and go mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I think the problem is that you are investing too much of your energy in what she will eat. Just make up the menu for the week, including in each meal at least something she will eat normally, and then let it be.
Big hugs! |

My littleone is 3 and he is terrible at eating. He loves breakfast and would eat cereal all day.
I have on occaision forced him to eat as if he gets it in his mouth he will usually eat the rest no problem but i don't want to do this every time he eats. Jake eats pleanty of fruit not much veg but eats yog and cheese crumpets and toast. He will not eat smiley faces or anything liked that. I used to freak out but now as long as he eats something i leave it at that. |
