Default sweet tooth

Hello

Hoping someone can offer me some advise... My DS is coming up to 7 months and we started weaning about 6 weeks ago. Initially he was fine and seemed to love all the root vegetable and fruit purees I was making him. Now all of a sudden, he will only open his mouth to pear puree and some times to other sweet tasting things. He used to eat 2 or 3, 35 mls pots for both lunch and dinner and now won't even finish 1 pot. Please... does anyone have any suggestions.

Ethan used to sometimes refuse veg too. Have you tried mixing the fruit and veg together? Ethan used to love parsnip & pear or carrot & apple. I used to make all sorts of weird and wonderful concoctions and was happy for him to eat anything no matter how unusual sometimes!

Hope you find a solution!
