Hi!
I have a 5 1/2 month-old son and we live near Leamington Spa in the Midlands.
We started weaning at 4 months as I had to move over to mixed feeding and the formula wasn't overly popular (it turned out to be the bottle, rather than the formula, but food was MUCH better!).
Everything was SO geared towards weaning from 6 months, that I felt that I had to start without telling anyone - it felt like I was doing it in secret! Anyway, this site has been really helpful for tips and advice.
I am really lucky in that my boy will eat anything so far - rhubarb, lettuce...
