don't have scales in the housde - refuse to have them as know I will weigh too often.
Will weigh when I finally get to the gym this week and let you all know how I'm doing thereafter. I need to shift a few pounds before Christmas in order to be able to gain a couple back over the festive period too! |

Ha! Too often so am I!
I have no change from last week. It is a regular snot fest in the house as the kids now have colds. So have been not too motivated today. Did take a few minutes this evening (just before checking in here) to do a short 15 minute workout though (before my cold is likely to set in). I am already looking through cookbooks and magazines planning my Christmas baking so we'll see how successful I can be at this.![]() |

I need to change my ticker as I weighed at the gym tonight after my yoga class and it appears I have gained about a pound in the last few weeks since the first 'race' ended.
So I need to shift about 5 pounds in the next 5 weeks to Christmas. Who's with me?! |
