Default Diet racers!

How are you all doing? Anyone want to be my weigh in buddy? Just need to declare what we have lost each week or if we've lost the plot completely!


I've kept going with WW and have hit my 10% target today. Next target is another 7lbs.

Congrats Hiann! You have been doing so well. I am sooo happy for you!

What with Halloween and the cooler weather, I have been finding myself slipping into hibernation mode I am determined to knock myself out of that and get my ass in gear! I am not doing a set diet per se (I hate the word "Diet" *shudders*). I have been working more on exercising and increasing my muscle mass. I was doing well then was falling off the wagon (damn mini chocolate bars).

Although the holiday season is approaching and I don't know how much I would be able to lose in the next couple of months, I would be willing to be your buddy. I haven't been as diligent with keeping track myself (although I did finally lose a couple of extra pounds last week- yea!). Better to try to lose than to give up and gain- right??? I did do my 20 minute work out today to get me going. Hate to get the energy to do it, then feel so much better after I have done it!

Consider me in!

Count me in. I wanna lose 7 lb before Xmas and this is a great incentive. Now where did I put that treadmill??????

Defo count me in. I have an underactive thyroid which makes it difficult to lose weight, the trouble is, this is making me stop trying!! Let me know when it starts xx

I have fallen off the diet wagon since the race ended!
I have lost about 6 lbs in total so far, give or take, and would love to shift another 4-5 lbs before Christmas to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight
so count me in!!

Lets have our weigh in on Mondays like before and we can just report what we have lost! No "race" this time just help and encouragement from each other!
