Well done, same for me, lost 6lbs from having bad sickness bug which was not good but its given me the motivation to keep going with loosing weight.

sorry to hear you had bug as well xx I lost 6lb as well !!

im glad lottie didnt get it but she had a terrible cough and cold for ages and was viral and had to hace capol for a while.Then that made her constpated !!!

I have not put it back on but i had a huge lunch today !! im going to try better xxx i want to look nice at christmas xxx
