Oooooohhhhh so sore!

I have taken the plunge and decided to take on a new fitness class (thinking of the LBD i need to get into for Xmas party!) so I went to my first pole fitness class.... well it was fab, but I am suffering now (trying to think of the new abs and toned arms). Definately hooked on this class and would recommend to anyone thinking of trying.

Have even enquired about purchasing some stripper shoes(for dancing in class of course)

Sounds like great (if not slightly painful) fun!

I have a colleague who goes to pole dancing classes and she loves it, mind you, she has the body to get away with it! I don't think anyone would want to see me lumbering round a pole in my smalls

well let me tell you there were all shapes and sizes at the class, and even the instructors have a good shape to them.....

I havent psyched myself up to wearing shorts yet, thats next weeks class, OMG just realised how waxing will need to be done!!!!

We spent most of the time laughing at ourselves!!! And the best bit was once we got started no one gave a damn about what they looked like. Some of the pole tricks are really easy to pick up which I was amazed at. I you get a chance try a taster session its fab.

I need to tone up and lose weight but I think pole dancing looks a bit like too much hard work

Honestly, I find it works wonders to suggest to OH how they would look in the bedroom.... although, the downside of this is that he is very reluctant to buy me a pair of black uggs for my birthday!
