Default Right....

I want to start losing weight. I am such a pig and binge. I dont eat a biscuit but a packet. I eat excessively and even when im not hungry.

Ill admit it not that i have ever done to people but it comes from being bulimic. I used to do the whole binging then puking but just gave up the puking. I think i should be the size of a house for what i eat but i am only 11 stone and size 12-14 altho most dont believe i am that big.

So right i need some motivation. Whos up for having a weekly log of weight loss just like u have for your 10lb weight loss. That would have been ideal but i couldnt do whilst fasting.

Yes Beccyboo, join us in the 10lb thing! Some of us are doing ok, some arent as they have had things on etc: its more the fact that we are doing it together so we can say when we've had a good week or blown a week's worth of calories in one night and want help to get back on track!

I started doing well abt July then blew it completely one Friday when meeting freinds and then went off weight loss trying for weeks whereas DH is doing so well and has stayed on teh straight and narrow: he said he'd do ww with me to help me as he wanted to lose wt: he's lost 24 lbs so far since July! Am so trying to do well on this AK weight loss as feel my reasons for wanting to lose weight are helping spur me on!

Look, dont worry: it was v brave of you to say what you said and I'm sure we'd all like to give you support the way you give us support abt things. I think sometimes its easier saying these things online that it is face to face to people as we know each other, yet we dont if that makes sense.

(((((((Hugs Beccyboo)))))))

I can understand where you're coming from re the bulima as I've been there too and I have to be really careful that when I do diet it doesn't become an obsession.

The 10lb race does sound like a good idea, just don't put too much pressure on yourself honey.

Please don't put any pressure on yourself. The goal really shouldn't be to not eat, but to eat properly. Maybe you need to start looking at the reasons why you have problems sometimes with stopping at one or two cookies or whatever. There is usually more to the issue than just eating. We'll make sure to give you plenty of encouragement though!
