Default So is anyone else stalled?

The weight challenge was going great for me last week, now I have stalled at about a pound lost for the week so far. Am I the only one? I have been trying to exercise every day (although I am focussing on weight exercises which may be my downfall since muscle is heavier than fat) and watching what I eat with only a few little treats along the way. Hoping this is just a small stall and may have to be a little stricter with portions and treats next week (in a healthy way). Would be nice to get down that 10 lbs before Christmas and try to hold it there for awhile before party season starts

I know a pound doesnt seem taht much but its still good: you are meant only to lose 1-2lbs a week anyway: more than this all the time is bad for you.

I know! Still discouraging to see that the scale isn't moving much. Am eating properly and getting more exercise, so I am sure that it will come along, but still, after last week, I am feeling a little deflated.
