I've decided that instead of focusing on losing weight I am going to focus on feeling healthier because I feel so very crap....
SO... I am going to give up caffeine (coffee, tea, cola and chocolate). When I feel drained I drink loads of coffee but I don't feel better for it. I am going to drink water, decaff tea and redbush tea. I am going to go for a walk with Ava everyday. Even if it is only 15 minutes, rain, hail or shine I am going out into the fresh air and move! I am going to go swimming once a week and then sit in the jacuzzi as a reward for 20 lengths. I am going to eat my 5 a day! I am going to stick these resolutions up in the kitchen and hopefully I will start to feel more human soon...anyone wanna join me? We can check in here for support and encouragement and accountability. |

My progress today...
No coffee in 2 days (a couple of headaches instead ). I have bought some decaf tea so I am drinking that and I poured out a big jug of water this morning and have had more than half. I am still eating chocolate though! ![]() I have been for a walk I have eaten more fruit Will go swimming tomorrow evening I feel a lot more alert already which is great, still having a major energy slump in the late afternoon but at least it is not a whole day slump! I feel like I slept better last night too. |
