Default Weight gain...

I have put on 2lbs from last Monday

I know I ate like a pig all weekend as I knew I was doing this 10lb race thing from today but even so... Scared enough to make me do something abt it!!! Hoping its all fluid.... (rather than Berts salt and vinegar crisps, wine, chocolate, ice cream...)

The thing is, it'll be easier to lose those couple of pounds when you don't eat like that this week. Stupidly, I've been good since last week so have probs shortchanged myself with the quickest to lose 10lb seeing as I've already lost a couple this week

see, I knew there was a reason for my pigout!

I have in the past lost between 3-6 pounds on the first week that I eat healthy. Will see what this week brings......

Ah big hugs babes. I'll probs have put on this week as I think I'm due on

The thing is, I'm sure we're only supposed to weigh ourselves each week rather than every day. Weight is bound to fluctuate if you weigh yourself before you've eaten in the morning, and then three meals later in the evening. Does that make sense?

And there is every point. I don't think I'll probably lose much weight now as I'm usually only about 7lb less than this when eating healthily - and never skinny for sure. But I know I'm eating well for my health and that is the most important thing. xxxxxxxxxxx

I weigh myself every single day and have for years. It kind of keeps you in check. I only freak out if I have gone up more than 2 pounds in a single day.

I am so winning this thing! I have lost weight so far!

I had put on 3lbs from last thursday to monday's weighing.

It was 3lbs I couldn't afford to gain either

It's making me more determined not to eat crap or between meals though as I so don't want to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight
