The thing is, it'll be easier to lose those couple of pounds when you don't eat like that this week. Stupidly, I've been good since last week so have probs shortchanged myself with the quickest to lose 10lb seeing as I've already lost a couple this week

Weight is bound to fluctuate if you weigh yourself before you've eaten in the morning, and then three meals later in the evening. Does that make sense? And there is every point. I don't think I'll probably lose much weight now as I'm usually only about 7lb less than this when eating healthily - and never skinny for sure. I had put on 3lbs from last thursday to monday's weighing.
It was 3lbs I couldn't afford to gain either ![]() It's making me more determined not to eat crap or between meals though as I so don't want to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight ![]() |
