I didn't make it to the gym today - surprise surprise, and refuse to have a scales at home, so will have to weigh myself tomorrow and take it from there. unlikely to have lost any weight today anyway as had porridge with Tilly made with whole milk, and a chicken pastie for lunch - talk about best laid plans!
gonna put a healthy menu plan together tonight for the week to put myself back in the right direction! xx |
