Just being sensible really on the eating side of things - IMHO, anything else can be damaging.
Don't really have anytime to get the the gym or go running or cycling like we did pre-Evie, so will just be walking every day with Evie as usual (so strolling ) with a return to my sit-ups once she is in bed. |

Im not going to eat!!! Am piggin out this weekend on all things crap and then thats it no more!!!
The only thing that will pass my lips is rum!!!! heheheheheh no only joking Am gonna just keep meal sizes small and have no crap just my 3 main meal and nothing to eat after dinner. |

i think this lose 10lb is a great idea so i'm gonna join in too. Having a big splurge on milka chocolate and walkers frenchfries at the mo. Well, my logic is that if i eat it all now there won't be any left to tempt me when the lose 10lb thing starts! is it starting on monday?
