Hi all
Is anyone out there doing the Slimming World eating plan (avoiding the D word)? I have followed it for a couple of months and lost 11lb but I v recently had to take steroids and they have caused me to put most of it back on. I am determined to loose it again although I am extremely miffed! I was wondering what you eat for lunch on an Original day? I'm really short of lunch ideas. All suggestions welcome. |

I found them quite easy to follow. I can often cook a meal that the whole family eats and that was important to me as I cant be doing with cooking separately for myself. The web site is really fab for recipes. I've tried loads and they are all nice so far. It can seem a bit tricky at first but you will soon get into it and it becomes second nature. I have started doing a menu plan every week. I normally eat junk when I'm hungry and rushed so a plan helps me to have food ready when I need it. It has also bought my shopping bill down a bit as I'm only buying what I need. Bonus! Let me know how you get on. x
