Blushing Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze!

I started doing bums legs and tums lately and it was going really well until last week.

The instructor went on holiday and we had another lady, who was fab, but....

She did loads of star jumps - not good for my oh so rubbish pelvic floor!

I seriously need to work on that!

Do you ladies all do your PF exercises?

How often are you mena do them - and does it actually make a difference or am I doomed to let out a lil bit of wee every time I attempt to do a star jump?

I always avoid going on the tramploine with Bradley cos I know it is asking for trouble

Me thinks its time to start squeezing.....

i went on my godsons tampoline.... disaster..... new knickers please

i keep forgetting to do me pelvic floor exercises...

It must be the only excersie i do do!!!

My control is good, I did them loads whilst preggy but then ive only had one bubba so who knows................................

they do work if you keep at them

after i had finley got realy good at doing them with a noticeable difference but as time went on keeped forgetting to do them till stoped all together
