I started doing bums legs and tums lately and it was going really well until last week.
The instructor went on holiday and we had another lady, who was fab, but....
She did loads of star jumps - not good for my oh so rubbish pelvic floor!
I seriously need to work on that!
Do you ladies all do your PF exercises?
How often are you mena do them - and does it actually make a difference or am I doomed to let out a lil bit of wee every time I attempt to do a star jump?
I always avoid going on the tramploine with Bradley cos I know it is asking for trouble
