Smile Lost 3 lbs
Hurray!!!
I have lost 3 lbs! I set myself a 9 lb to lose target, with approx 10 weeks to lose it. I have ordered a weight watchers pack from e-bay so i can follow the points system but it hasn't arrived yet so i just started being strict and cutting down evening dinner portion size and i've lost 3 lbs!!!!! So 6 lbs to go.....
