Default please give me a kick up my over sized arse

remember me going on about how i was going to lose loads of weight and be slim after i got signed up to the gym? well i've lost naff all All cuz i'm too bloody lazy. i've only gone twice in the last month and pigged out big time everyday and night. We're off to Brussels 13 weeks today so theoretically i could lose 20 + lbs if i am really good, not as much as i was hoping but enough to make me face look less fat
But another thing is that i am about to book a long weekend away for me and hubby to new york for his 30th next September and by then i want to have lost 4 stone, had my tummy tuck (so maybe next spring fingers crossed) and look beautiful, yeah i know i can dream on.....

you can do it honey.
Like the flylady thread, maybe you need an exercise motivation thread - you should start one and we can all join in.
Also working around your work and with OH, try to set time aside a week in advance - like the meal planning thread - so look at what you might like to do and when - classes and stuff - and put the dates and times on the calendar. could you afford a personal trainer to keep you on track?
or would OH treat you to one for a month to see if it helps?
if not then it will have to be a....

KAPOW!!!!

(BIG kick up the bum from me!!!)

xx

Awww Beth how mean of your hubby's nan!

Have you got someone you can go to classes with?

I have recently started going to bums legs and tums. I started off going with my friends but yesterday none of them could make it. It would have been so easy for me to not bother, but i really forced myself to go and i am so glad i did (not quite sure why cos i can hardly walk today!)

But if i hadn't gone with friends tostart with i never would have gone.

You need to be really hard on yourself for a month or maybe just a couple of weeks. but once you have got into the swing of things you wont want to ruin what you have already acheieved.

Why not have a ticker, or something on your signature, showing how well you are doing? rather than how far you have to go?

Perhaps put a star for every time you go to the gym that week/ month?

I really want you to be able to do this cos I can hear in your posts how unhappy it makes you hun

xXx
