I take various ones at various times, I have to get them mail order or bought over from England cos they are stupidly expensive over here, I am currently doing Omega 3 as I read it's supposed to help with learning by helping brain neurons link together and aid memory which I thought would be helpful with me learning Spanish, can't say my memory is any better but it sure can't be doing me any harm! Good for the heart and skin as well as your joints. If you have those little pimply things on the back of your upper arms Omega 3 clears them up in a couple of weeks.

Others I take are Iron if I've had a heavy period as I can be Anemic (sp) and Vit B complex, and Magnesium & Calcium when I can remember! OH takes Glucosamine Sulphate for his dodgy elbow.

OH and I will be starting Folic acid in September for 6 months before trying for No. 2 baby.

I find the Beroca tablets in water really do help me when I've been under a lot of stress. Otherwise, I take pre-natals that I order in from the U.S., and Myles takes baby omega-3.

Does anyone have a good vitamin recommendation for 2-year-olds?

I got the Boots Vitamin gummy bears!!!! My LO's have them now and again. There was a 3 for 2 offer and I thought i'd give them a go! Give them occasionally, not every day. They like them!
