Default sports bras

Can anyone recommend a good high impact sports bra. Just been looking at some Shock Absorber ones but rather confused over them all.

just so many to choose from. Going to go for a level 4 one for maximum support and can then just get one for all activities. Do i go for one that has seperate sections like the usual cups or the all in one. Dont want a monoboob though! IYKIM. Have see 2 i like so will have a think any maybe order them both to try.

This morning did a test not long ago on spots bras and the best ones were an anita rosa faia, from figleaves or the shock absorber. I want to get one so i can start running again, how long do you think i should wait to get measured after finishing breast feeding?
