I agree with Carla, although my weakness is chips and stuff like that which seem to find their way into the house for whatever reason
![]() Wishing you lots of encouragement! I found that for me (at least during the dead of winter and when I wasn't able to get out as much when the kids were younger), it helped to have some good exercise dvds on hand that had 20 minute workouts that I enjoy. I also found some good exercise shows on tv to tape at one point for variety. Good luck! |
