Default hmmm time to lose weight

well, im supposed to be a bridesmaid for my mums wedding, she bought the dress ages ago, tried it on last month it fitted fine, by pure chance decided to try it on this week, as needed to check the length was ok with my shoes, length is absolutely fine, couldn't even do the dress up. came home and weighed myself as i hate weighing so rarely do it. OMG i was 10 st 2. i have never been above 9 and a half.

now need to lose weight as mums wedding is in 7 weeks. Any one know any good diet plans or really good workouts.

WeightWatchers Online rocks!

Have just started again myself and have lost 7lbs this week .

Joining fee is £29.95 then £9.95 per month, sounds expensive but I find that if I'm paying then I stick to it LOL!

Did my official weigh in this morning and I've actually lost 8.5lbs in the first week !

I was either carrying a lake of excess water or seriously over eating before!
