Sizeable Reflections

I just picked up a book today - Sizeable Reflections: Big Women Living Full Lives (edited by Shelley Bovey). It's a collection of essays by successful women like Dawn French and Jo Brand. So far it's proving to be mind-broadening, thought-provoking, funny in parts, and strikes many chords.

Basically, I just wanted to point out that it's a very interesting read for anyone concerned with weight issues.

I'm pleased I didn't read it on a down day tho - as it's more realistic than fluffy iykwim? It's very upfront but in a positive way. Oh that probably doesn't make any sense, does it? I'm getting sleepy! You'll know what I mean when you read it
