Default Biscuit addiction

I need serious inspiration. I found it impossible to deprive myself of, well, anything really during pregnancy and as a result I am 4 stones overweight. Ugh!! Really want DH to fancy me again but can't stop eating biscuits. I am swimming twice a week.

Have you been swimming long? It should help but you might have to give it time. If not could you maybe try a different form of exercise? I share your addiction to biscuits and just can't give them up but I've started losing the pregnancy weight by running three times a week. This means I can still have treats but I'm losing weight and toning up too! I go when hubby gets back from work and its great as the evenings are light now & I get a break from the kids to de-stress! Good luck! xo

Logans mum - I do an aqua aerobics class once a week and go swimming once a week at least. After I had dd I was taking her out for long walks everyday in the pram but have slipped out of that habit. She has 3 short naps a day and I use them to catch up on housework or come on the computer but I really should try to take her out in the buggy for one of them. That would mean a 45 minute walk every day which would make a difference to my bum I'm sure!

I can't keep biccies in the house anymore. I eat them all, right away. Latest victim was a bag of FIVE Tesco's store-baked toffee cookies (have you ever tried these? they are fantastic. but must be Tesco's. Sainsbury's not so good.)

I have a packet of dark choc hob nobs in the cupboard that I bought to make a cheesecake with later in the week - not many left now though!
