It's one of those things you have to train yourself to do.
Firstly you can start by drinking two glasses of water before you eat anything! That by itself should add up to a few glasses worth. I find that I finish the water faster if I have them in smaller bottles. I try to finish 3 liters a day, so instead of drinking from two 1.5 liter bottles, I put the water into four .75 liter bottles. (more sense of accomplishment....) lots of luck! |

Fill a sports bottle in the morning with water and take it about with you.
I think the recommendation in the UK is 8 glasses of water per day. I find that mixing a jug of squash and leaving it in the fridge with lots of ice in means I drink loads more. |

I'm rubbish at drinking water sometimes too, but I do drink alot of diet coke (yes I know it's a mild diuretic).
This is an interesting article though: http://www.independent.co.uk/life-st...ng-803993.html xxxxxxxxx Last edited by Ellie H : 13-05-08 at 21:23. |
