Default What do you plan to eat tomorrow?

I think we've all established that most of us are not happy with our eating habits.

I think i read somewhere though - that it's not what you've eaten that matters - it's what you plan to eat tomorrow.

And be realistic and kind to yourself. Don't be over ambitious.

Let us all know this evening what you plan to eat tomorrow and let us know tomorrow evening if you stuck to that plan

I have my little brother and sister sleeping over tonight so will have a massive cooked breakfast in the morning with bacon, sausages, eggs, beans, mushrooms, hash browns and tomatoes plus toast, juice and tea.

Then off to a softplay Isabella's friend's birthday party so bound to be loads of junk food there.

Then my Gran's for sunday tea so lots of yummy sarnies and home baked goodies.

Bound to be feeling sick by tomorrow night

eating today like I eat every day....

breakfast-lettuce, tbs olive oil, 1/4 avocado, egg boiled 5 minutes, tbs tuna

mid morning snack: carrot, 6 half walnuts, tbs sunflower seeds (unroasted)

lunch: chicken, steamed broccoli, maybe some lettuce salad or bit of sweet potato

afternoon snack: apple, tbs nuts

another snack if hungry: rice cake with 1/4 avocado, or another apple or pear

dinner: like breakfast minus the egg maybe a few tbs of brown rice

3 liters of water!

Susie that sounds awful. I'm sure your body is benefitting but I couldn't stick to that!
