Thought we could have a little thread for us weight watchers. Can motivate people, congratulate on weight loss and try and talk people out of their tempted moments.
I have just started the WW core plan (week 1) and so far so good. Could do with getting more exercise but the weather is not helping that one and cant afford the gym as well as WW classes. Hope to see some fellow WW on here x |

Hey Hun!
I am on WW. I only have 11.5lbs to go until my 1st main goal... so I am aiming to do this for my holiday in June. Then I will see if I need to lose any more. My main problem is my jelly belly! I had a C-Section last Feb and even though I am losing weight... it doesn't seem to be moving from my tummy! Anyhoo... any WW people... post away! Tips and WI results xx |

Well hope it goes well on Monday then. I am dreading the weekend. My will power is tested the most at a weekend and with the bank holiday I am sure there will be a lot of temptation.
I would definitely recommend trying the "core" plan with weight watchers but i suppose it depends on what types of foods you prefer to eat. Hope you get on ok with your first week. Keep us posted. x |

Well, I joined WW last night (forgot it was a bank hol last week so no class)
Trying to get my head around points system then will do a shop later! Just aiming for 10% loss initially and think that will be enough for me to be happy.... how is everybody elses weight loss going? T x |
