OK, how healthy are you?
On scale 1-10
Physical and/or mental!!

Me: Physical 6-7
Mental 9-10 ( I hope!)

My health concerns: must get my cholestrol tested, eat far too much chocolate! My tongue looks awful think i must be deficient in a few vitamins!

Now it's your turn! D

6-8 mental, depends what day

Health concerns: don't do alot of exercise apart from walking

Pre-pregnancy - boost that physical one to an 8... with a sigh...

physically about a 2 or 3 (i'm 4 stone over weight and easily out of breath at the mo walking up hill)
Mentally i would say 7 (others may disagree but I'm happy even if i am mentally challenged )

Physically Im prob a 10, but Im very slim but since I dont get to go to the gym anymore Im not mega fit IYWIM.

Mentally I really havent got a clue, prob a 8 or 9? You'll have to ask other people about that one, lol!
