It's just getting into good practice, because I drink so many juices a day, I don't clean out the pulp section at the back every time and just do that at the end of the day (but now thanks to an amazing tip form lucy-livvy'smummy I am now putting a bag in the pulp section so it doesn't need washing at all!!) but as soon as I've finished juicing, I run the jug under a really hot tap to rinse each time. The rest I don't clean out until the end of the day and all of it goes in the dishwasher. The filtery bit that extracts the juice is a bit fiddly to clean and I usually scrub with a toothbrush under a hot tap to get most of pulp off, then into the dishwasher with the rest. Literally 30 seconds to clean up after I've made a juice now, not a problem

If you had to make each juice individually then nobody who works could do it! |

Hmmmm.... Almost tempted to buy a juicer - but no fridge at work. Maybe a cooler bag or flask? |

T. I am sure it would be fine. I used a thermos plastic flip top flask for storing them and it has an insert that goes in the freezer to keep them really cold. If you stuck them in a coolbag with a couple of freezer blocks they would stay cold for ages anyway. I make mine at 8am, drink one and have the other at 12pm so its only 4 hours.
Last time I did the 7lbs/7days programme ( juice only for a week) and felt like i was juicing/cleaning juicer constantly, I find once a day really easy to maintain and I enjoy my evening meal more. |
