Default chickenpox question!

My 10yr old son has had chickenpox for about a week and now most of the spots are starting to crust over which i know will mean he is no longer infectious but my other two kids havent had them nor are they showing any signs or symptoms. Is it possible that they might not take them? I assumed that they would all take the virus together at the same time? Could they still get them now even though my son is no longer infectious? I am confused, help please. thanks
